Custom Product Policy

All our neon signs, including the Happy Birthday Neon Sign, are made-to-order and personalized as per customer requirements. Due to the custom nature of these products:

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size, or design preferences after production begins.

• No refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed and production has started.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your sign arrives damaged or not functioning properly, we’re here to help:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the damage or defect.

• We will offer:

  • Free replacement of the damaged part or full unit, or

  • Repair/replacement service depending on the issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment for a full refund.

• After 12 hours, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Installation Responsibility

• For self-installation: Ensure correct handling and power setup as per our guidelines. Damages due to mishandling will not be covered.

• For customers in Bangalore: On-site installation support is available.

• Urgent orders can be processed faster upon request (extra charges may apply).

• 🚚 Free delivery within select areas of Bangalore.

• Same-day or next-day delivery available for certain pin codes.

3. Pan-India Shipping

• We ship to all major cities and towns across India.

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.

• All shipments are fully insured and packed securely in shock-proof packaging.

4. Shipping Charges

• Bangalore Orders: May qualify for free or discounted delivery.

• Rest of India: Charges calculated at checkout based on pin code and product size.
