Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Bombay Graphics. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our platform.
1. Products & Services
All signage, designs, and branding materials are custom-made based on client requirements. Once the final design is approved, production will begin. No major changes can be made after approval.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted based on design, size, and materials. A minimum advance payment (typically 50%) is required to confirm any order. Full payment must be made before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed.
3. Design Approval
We provide digital mockups for client approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all content (text, spelling, colors, sizes) before giving final confirmation.
4. Delivery & Installation
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delays due to external factors (weather, transport, availability of materials) are not the responsibility of Bombay Graphics. Installation is available within Bangalore and select areas.
5. Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our fault. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs and content provided by Bombay Graphics are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
Bombay Graphics reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the revised terms.
